FAQ

Q: What does the schedule of a party look like?
A: Most commonly, the party will be roughly 15-25 minutes of a small class, followed by an activity of your choice (Obstacle course, Games, open gym), and cool down time towards the end to have food if you brought some.

Q: Can you bring food to a party?
A: Yes! We typically save food or snacks till the end of the party because we will not allow participants back into the gym afterward. This is to avoid messes or accidents in a space where you’re moving around a lot.

Q: What should we wear?
A: Regular gym clothes that are comfortable to move around in. Participants may also go barefoot in the gym if they choose, with certain amenities within the gym requiring you to go without shoes to use them.
